The Canadian Picture Pioneer organization serves as a living memorial to the thousands of past members who financially supported, volunteered their time and believed in the organization.
Our three-part mission statement has been the anchor of our organization since 1940.
- To create and promote friendly relations amongst those who have been or are engaged in or connected with the motion picture industry.
- To create and promote friendly relations and understanding between the public and those engaged in or connected with the motion picture industry.
- To aid those in need who were formerly in and part of the motion picture industry without requiring repayment of any kind from the recipient.
